We had a separate bedroom. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a personal safe were a huge plus. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. It was nice to get concierge service free of charge too. Location: the hotel was really close to Cape Town city centre. Café Eat was 100 metres away from the place.

The service is exceptional and the staff is very kind and attentive. The attention to detail is also remarkable, making my trip even more special. The meals were delicious and the amenities provided were well thought out. I especially enjoyed the walking activity with the ducks and the spa. The location is conveniently close to the city centre and yet feels secluded.

To be honest, there was nothing I disliked about this hotel. The facilities were clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable.

The only minor issue was the lack of sun loungers at the outdoor area. this was not a big problem as there were plenty of other places to relax in the beautiful garden.
